Rotating Tower, Dubai

A successful parametric architecture is how workable the parametric building is and its contribution to the environment, for example in terms of energy efficient building itself.

I've always been amazed with the Rotating Tower in Dubai as how its rotating motion grabs the attention especially after the seminar presentation by the 4th year, talking about wind energy harvesting.

Aesthetically pleasing, but it says that it is sustainable and able to generate energy for 4 more similar mass of building? From wind and solar? yet to be prove...
What if there is no wind?
I don't think the energies from the sun and wind are enough just to rotate this thing.

If it is able to generate energy for 4 more similar size of building, only generate without consuming then yes, but if its rotating... i think no
